- The 411: The five weekly groups are called Threshold Road, Tempo Road, Endurance Road, Tempo Gravel and Endurance Gravel. A Women’s-only Ride will be offered at least once a month in 2022 that will be either road or gravel. You can decide each morning which group pace feels right for you. The Tempo Road tends to be the largest group and so the group may have to be split up and leave gateway Fun Park in waves. We recommend you follow these guidelines.
- The Start: All ride groups will arrive between 6:15 am and 6:30 am each week for pre-ride socializing and announcements by ride leaders and sponsors. At 6:30, the Threshold Group will start off, followed within a couple of minutes by the Tempo Group, and then the Endurance Group.
- The Route: Routes vary every week, but focus on being 75-90 minutes long, ranging from flat routes to climbing routes to road-bikeable gravel routes.
- The Finish: Depends on route and group, but the ride finishes at Amante Coffee for social activities.
