Favorite type of cow: Friesian. I mean, they're the dictionary definition of a cow. Note: apparently in North America they're called Holstein.
Favorite cow fact: A Friesian will make an average of 7 gallons of milk a day.
Favorite cow pun: I got mooves like Jagger.
How are you going to make hay this year?: Someone asked me what my ride goals were. It is a mooot topic. I don't have a mileage goal or climbing goal. I just want to have fun, stay active and hang with good people. Pretty good motto for life too.
What does inclusivity mean to you?: No one left behind. Unless that's what they want. Because they're happy listening to their moo-sic.
How will you be larking this year?: I want this to be the year I don't crash or break anything. Larking will be wrapping myself in bubble wrap before riding down Flagstaff at speed.
